1) I never be involved in any illegal/unlawful activates the countries or elsewhere.
2) As a member of Company I undertake to liable to do only development & Cultural issues that are adjacent to my region.
3) Company has right the cancel/modify/update my membership anytime anywhere, if found quality or irregularities.
4) No cash donations may be collected by any volunteer. As far as possible, motivate people to send their donations via Cheques /DD directly to Company.
5) Volunteers are not permitted to use Company stationery as their own.
6) All Company literature will be developed Company. Any modifications must Company prior approval.
7) Volunteers may not release any material pertaining to Company, in the media (TV/radio/magazines/newspapers/newsletters etc.). without seeking Company prior approval.
8) All Company Activities Should be coordinate through the contact point in Company. Please do not directly interface on project, and with other departments of Company.
9) Volunteers wishing to visit any Company .project, to please allow at least 2 months notice. All related costs (Travel, local travel, boarding and lodging etc) to be bome by them.
10) Membership Amount is not Refundable and Every Year Renewal to Membership update to Member.
11) The Member will be punished for wrong Propagation and dissemination of Institute by the member and Legal Action will be taken by the institution.
12) The Institution has the Right to Change all kinds of Decisions
13) Training Charges one time 1000 Rs to the member and not refundable training charge amount.
14) DWR (Daily Working Report) must be submitted by you, in failure agreement will be Null and void Appointment of temporary status will complete after a year, After that regular and continue your Process of joining than implements all Facility of Company provided you PF, HRA, DA, Medical and other allownces.
16) Last all decision change any time by company.
